Manual/Spec Sheet POSITIVE TYPE DEVELOPER CONCENTRATE For developing Philmore precoated PC boards. Developer is mixed 10 parts tap water to 1 part concentrate. Ten fully diluted ounces will develop between 12 and 22 square feet of precoated board (depending upon circuit density). This mild sodium hydroxide solution with additives may be flushed down drain after use.
