These panel lamps are made to operate on 12VDC and has a built-in resistor.
They have a chrome recessed Shaped Bezel which hold a 3 mm LED.
The lamp mounts into a 5.9mm (15/64”) mounting hole with a hex nut.

White painted dot indicates the positive lead.
